The Regional Conference for the Americas: ”Maritime and Port Sectors in the Americas: Challenges and opportunities in light of the SDGs" is organised by a multi-disciplinary panel handling the academic, logistic and organisational aspects aiming to make this conference a memorable event for the maritime activity in the region.

Although the Regional Conference for the Americas will take place on October 23-25 2017, the World Maritime University and DICAPI, through the Organizing Committee, have been busying themselves for some time with the groundwork required to ensure the event runs smoothly and successfully in terms of meeting the conference’s ambitious knowledge exchange objectives for the main actors in the maritime and ports sector.
